About Us

JBS Direct can help you contact and provide for your customers with a wide range of direct mail services from Data Processing (supported by high end Pres software), Laser, Inkjet and machine or hand enclosing to complete your pack before posting. JBS Direct also have a small Call Centre so that we can also provide for your inbound or outbound customer contact requirements.

Services

JBS Direct offers an extremely wide range of services encompassing all aspects of Mailing and Fulfilment. JBS Direct can help you contact and provide for your customers with direct mail services such as: Data Processing, Laser, Inkjet and Machine or Hand Enclosing to complete your pack before posting. JBS Direct also have a small Call Centre so that we can also provide for your inbound or outbound customer contact requirements.

Data Processing
In recognising the vital importance of data quality, JBS Direct has created a thorough data processing routine, which will ensure your data is in the best possible condition at mailing time. Our letter setup and typesetting is supported by amongst other systems PrintSoft’s world-renowned software PreS, providing the maximum in flexibility to produce very complex personalised documents for high-speed electronic printing.

Laser Printing
JBS Direct provide printing and personalisation using either Laser or Inkjet printing. Several HP Laser printers provide a flexible and adaptable approach for printing or over-printing your media for either your high-volume or your small-bespoke mailings.

Inkjet Printing
JBS Direct’s Inkjet printers provide personalised printing of your media, envelope addressing.

Machine Enclosing
JBS Direct have several automatic enclosing machines for enclosing up to 8 separate media pieces into various envelope sizes. The machines include: four 6 station machines and one 8 station machine. JBS Direct also have a machine folding facility.

Hand Enclosing
For media, which cannot be machine enclosed JBS Direct have a wealth of experience of hand enclosing all types and sizes of media.

Fulfilment
JBS Direct can meet virtually all of your fulfilment requirements from daily ‘pick and pack' activities to complex individual packaging for Mail Order, Internet and TV shopping channels. Whether your requirement is large or you are a new start-up JBS Direct can meet your needs to get your goods safely and efficiently to your customers.

Warehousing
To store your media or goods JBS Direct's facility in Farnborough has a 10,000sq ft warehouse where your precious materials are stored in a clean and modern environment. Our IT can also provide you with a bespoke link to your own stock system - to give you total visibility of your media or goods.

Call Centre
JBS Direct operate a small Call Centre to give your customers a friendly and individual service with both inbound or outbound calls. For Mail Order we can also provide Merchant facilities (through Worldpay) for taking credit card orders. This facility is particularly useful if your organisation is a new start-up or has outgrown in-house call-handling. With our Lucent Index Call Centre system we can also offer an individual 24 hour mass-response recorded answering service with live-operator call response on the next working day giving you a cost-effective option without loosing potential customers.

The quality of our mailing and fulfilment service is something JBS Direct takes extremely seriously and high work standards are achieved through wholehearted company participation. JBS Direct has quality control officers whose primary objectives are to promote consistently good work standards and to monitor work in progress via daily work audits from procedural checklists. Our commitment to quality issues is also backed up by our industry accreditations.

DMA - Direct Marketing Association
The DMA sets the the codes of practice for direct marketing, which are in place to raise and maintain standards within the direct marketing industry.

QMP - Quality standard for Mail Production
This is the highest mailing industry quality accreditation. The QMP accreditation scheme has been developed by Royal Mail and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) with assistance from the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) in response to an industry-wide programme of research and consultation. The aim of the QMP scheme is to ensure the promotion and maintenance of high standards in direct mail production services. QMP-accredited mailing houses must achieve an average of 80% satisfaction in 11 of 13 categories and must meet the benchmark (established by the 2001 client satisfaction survey) in what are considered by clients to be the two most important service criteria: Reliability of Service and Mailings being Produced to Specification.
